Ashurst has advised Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale (Helaba) and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) on the refinancing of 10 real properties owned by Prime Office AG. The portfolio is known under the name Homer and consists mainly of office properties in Berlin, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt. The rental space includes a total of approximately 255.000 sqm.
