Danske Bank, Denmark's largest bank and Realkredit Danmark, one of the largest players in the Danish mortgage market, provided financing by a combination of bank and mortgage loans in connection with an acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Denmark, Sweden and Finland by a consortium of Danish pension funds. The portfolio, consisting of 28 logistics properties located in key distribution hubs across Sweden, Finland and Denmark, was sold to a consortium of Danish pension funds by NREP Logistics AB, a fund managed by Nordic Real Estate Partners AB. The transaction value amounts to approximately EUR 650 million.
