Clifford Chance advised ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, and CA Immo Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, on the sale of the Frankfurt congress centre. The acquirer is Messe Frankfurt. The congress centre which is being constructed alongside the Messe Frankfurt was developed by a joint venture of the project development company ECE and property investor CA immo. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
The congress centre is associated with the "Skyline Plaza" building complex already under construction and also developed by ECE and CA Immo, which will have a retail sale space of approx. 38,000 sqm and house about 150 shops, restaurants and a wellness centre.
