The international law firm Clifford Chance advised the
underwriters led by BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd.
on the successful IPO of AMAG Austria Metall AG. The IPO
included a public offering to private and institutional investors in
Austria as well as a Rule 144A private placement to qualified
institutional buyers in the US and an international offering to
institutional investors in reliance on Regulations S outside of the
US. The shares started trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange
on 8 April 2011. The offering volume (incl. over-allotments)
amounts to approx. EUR 420 million.
