International law firm Clifford Chance advised Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V. (NSI), the publicly listed real estate fund investing in offices and retail with a listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange, on the merger with international real estate investor VastNed Offices/Industrial N.V. (VNOI), also listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange. The transaction will create a leading Dutch mixed real estate investment fund, listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam. In connection with the transaction, NSI and VastNed O/I will jointly prepare and publish a demerger proposal.
