The first Series for an amount of 3 billion euros did not bear interest and was to mature in 2030 and the second Series, of the same amount, with a fixed interest of 0.7% would mature on 2060.
According to the issuer, this transaction was the largest green bond issue ever carried out, excluding sovereign issuers.
