On 30 June 2015 the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf and consortium InBalans reached Financial Close on the Breda Courthouse PPP project. Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor to the financiers on this project.
The DBFMO contract (design, build, finance, maintain and operate) for the construction of new housing and technical facilities for the court Zeeland-West-Brabant, the district public prosecutor Zeeland-West-Brabant and the Raad voor de Kinderbescherming Southwest Netherlands has a term of 30 years.
The InBalans consortium consists of VolkerWessels, Facilicom and Macquarie Capital. The funding for this project is being provided by BNG, SMBC and MEAG. The project value amounts to EUR 110 million.
