Clifford Chance advised Investa Immobiliengruppe on the sale of the initial phase of construction of "Schwabinger Carre" in Munich. The section of the building was acquired from Catella Real Estate.
The "Schwabinger Carre" project is divided into two construction phases: During the first construction phase which is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of 2014, the sold complex comprising some 14,000 sqm of retail and office space will be entirely rebuilt and refurbished. The principal tenants will be the Munich Labour and Higher Regional Court. In the second construction phase, approximately 17,000 sqm will be built for apartments and retail space.
