J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated acted as joint bookrunners for the QRI facility and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and The Bank of Nova Scotia acted as joint bookrunners for the QRCI facility. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Quicksilver is a natural gas and crude oil exploration and production company engaged in the development and acquisition of long-lived, unconventional natural gas reserves, including coalbed methane, shale gas and tight sands gas in North America.
