Davis Polk is advising DLF Global Hospitality Limited in connection with its sale of Silverlink Resorts Limited, the holding company for Amanresorts. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, Mr. Adrian Zecha, the founder and chairman of Amanresorts will purchase the entire shareholding in Silverlink Resorts Limited. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately $300 million, and excludes the Aman property in New Delhi, India. The transaction is expected to close by the end of February 2013. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
