Dentons advised Pfizer, the global leading pharmaceutical company, in the context of its strategic global collaboration to develop anti-cancer immunotherapy products using technology developed by Cellectis.
The two companies will work together on preclinical studies, and Pfizer will be responsible for the development and eventual commercialization of the treatments which will be developed.
Cellectis will receive USD80 million initial payment, as well as funds which will cover the research and development expenses related to the targets selected by Pfizer and those selected by Cellectis on which the two companies will work together.
