Fried Frank advised UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch and Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., as lead underwriters, in connection with China NT Pharma Group Company Limited's global offering of ordinary shares and the related listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction consisted of the sale of 270,479,000 new shares by NT Pharma and 86,553,000 shares by certain shareholders (subject to the over-allotment option). Total gross proceeds were HK$1.62 billion. NT Pharma is a leading vaccine and pharmaceutical product distributor in China for major global and domestic vaccine and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
