Fried Frank advised UBS and CCB International, as joint global coordinators, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CCB International, as joint sponsors, in connection with Billion Industrial Holdings Limited's global offering of 574,750,000 ordinary shares and the related listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were priced at HK$5.18 and the offering raised approximately US$383m. Billion is one of the largest developers and manufacturers of polyester filament yarns in China. The deal comprised the sale of 57,475,000 Hong Kong offer shares and 517,275,000 international placing shares.
