Herbert Smith advised Standard Chartered Bank as the arranger and dealer on the establishment of a S$750 million Euro Medium Term Note ("EMTN") programme by LMIRT Capital Pte Ltd and the first two fixed rate note issues under that programme. The EMTN programme is guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (the "LMIRT Trust"). The first two note issues under the EMTN programme comprise the series 1 S$200 million 4.88% Notes due 2015 and the series 2 S$50 million 5.875% Notes due 2017.
