The project includes financing, design, construction and operation of the toll road in Moscow under a concession agreement. The road starting in the Moscow City business district and running to the Odintsovo bypass will be 11km long and comprise at least four lanes.
The Linklaters team led by Julia Voskoboinikova (counsel) acted for a consortium comprising CJSC Leader, one of the largest asset management companies in Russia and the CIS.
