Vattenfall offered a price of DKK 0.77 per kWh. According to the Agency, Horns Rev 3 would be 32% cheaper at the prevailing price level than the last time Denmark built an offshore wind farm and would be the cheapest wind farm in Europe at the moment.
Horns Rev 3 was expected to be finished on 1 January 2020, but already in 2017 the first turbines would be ready for connection.
