On 5 October 2016 NKT Holding A/S completed an offering of new shares and a sale of treasury shares by means of an accelerated book-building process aimed at institutional investors in Denmark and abroad.
The proceeds from the offering and the sale of treasury shares total approx. DKK 1.43 billion, part of which were to be used for the financing of the expected acquisition of the Swedish company ABB HV Cables. The new shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen on 10 October 2016.
Danske Bank, Nordea, and J. P. Morgan acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the offering.
