On 29/30 September 2016 Zealand Pharma A/S completed an offering of new shares by means of an accelerated book-building process aimed at institutional investors in Denmark and abroad. The proceeds from the offering total DKK 143 million, were to be used for continued development.
The new shares issued in connection with the offering were admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ Copenhagen from 5 October 2016.
Bryan Garnier and Co. was Zealand Pharma's Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner in the offering.
