Norton Rose Fulbright advised Tages Capital SGR, as management company of the reserved closed real estate investment fund denominated Tages Helios, on the acquisition from SunReserve of the entire corporate capital of five Luxembourg companies owning, through eight Italian special purpose vehicles, a portfolio of photovoltaic energy projects with an overall capacity of 101 MWp.
The portfolio was at the time the sixth largest portfolio of its kind in Italy and consisted of nine projects, including the Rovigo plant, one of the largest in Europe, with a capacity of about 70 MWp.
