King and Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin advised Union Investment, a German open-ended real estate fund manager, on the sale of Arc de Seine, a building located in the 13th district of Paris.
Since its completion in 2006, Arc de Seine has been the property of Union Investment who rented more than 20,000 square meters of office space to Natixis. This building has been sold to the real estate investor Allianz Real Estate France for EUR220 million.
The premises have a total area of 23,000 square meters comprising a canteen of 1,250 square meters, almost 1,400 square meters of ground floor retail space and 182 parking spaces.
Located near the French National Library, Arc de Seine is set apart by its prime, corner location and main glass facade overlooking the Pierre Mendes France avenue.
