Tenwow International offered an aggregate of 500,000,000 ordinary shares, which raised approximately HKD1.58 billion (approximately USD203 million) in gross proceeds. Tenwow International is a leading food and beverage producer and one of the largest distributors of packaged food and beverages in China. The ordinary shares of Tenwow International are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Deutsche Bank and HSBC acted as joint global coordinators and joint sponsors, and Deutsche Bank, HSBC and CICC acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
