Coop. in relation to the financing of Alessandria Calore S.r.l., a joint venture between Ente Gestione Energia e Ambiente S.p.A. and Compagnia Italiana Energia S.p.A., a Gruppo Gavio's company. The funds were to finance the construction and operation of a thermal power plant fuelled by natural gas. The thermal plant, with an aggregate capacity of approximately 24 MW, was to be connected to both a district heating network and the electric grid on lands owned by the Municipality of Alessandria in Piedmont (Northern Italy).
