Watson, Farley & Williams advised Field Management S.r.l. on negotiations and signing of contracts relating to the construction and management of a biogas plant. Fuelled by biomass products from the livestock and farming industries, the plant will be situated in north-eastern Italy in the Municipality of Torviscosa and will have a capacity of 1 MW.
The project will be implemented in collaboration with Sebigas, a subsidiary of the Bologna Maccaferri Group. They specialise in the design, development and operation of biogas plants using biogas from biomasses of agricultural and agro-industrial origin.
