Watson, Farley & Williams, an international law firm, has advised Allianz Specialised Investments Limited, a subsidiary of Allianz SE, on the acquisition of a German wind farm project with a capacity of 30 MW from German developer Denker & Wulf AG.
The acquisition of the wind farm Werder-Zinndorf was effected through a share deal pertaining to all partnership interest in the project partnership Windpark Werder Zinndorf GmbH & Co. KG. The parties have agreed on confidentiality regarding further contract details.
