Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of banks led by Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and HSBC on the initial public offering of Elior on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The IPO has been initiated by Elior's shareholders Charterhouse Capital Partners and Chequers Capital investment funds. The prospectus received the visa from the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorite des marches financiers) on May 27, 2014 and the first listing is scheduled for June 11, 2014. The maximum amount of the offer is EUR1.1 billion.
