White and Case LLP has advised Glen Dimplex, an Irish international group of companies, on a joint venture with MVV Energie AG, BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH and Munich-based software specialist GreenCom Networks AG.
The four partner companies have agreed to set up a joint venture under the name of BEEGY Better Energy. Located in Mannheim, the new company will deliver innovative products and services around intelligent, decentralized energy management to trade and industry and private customers. The joint venture is subject to merger control clearance and other closing conditions.
