Accura advised an investor consortium comprising Nykredit Realkredit, Maj Invest (on behalf of a number of customers), Arbejdernes Landsbank, AP Pension, Novo A/S, CL Davids Fond og Samling, ISP Pension and Vestjylland Forsikring in connection with a voluntary offer for Vestjysk Bank.
The Danish state, which was the largest shareholder in Vestjysk Bank and owned 81.47% of the shares together with Finansiel Stabilitet, issued a qualified acceptance of the offer.
The investor consortium also secured the contribution of new share capital of DKK 745 million to Vestjysk Bank through a guaranteed share issue and raising of subordinate debt of DKK 325 million by the bank.
