Accura assisted a consortium comprising the leading Danish private equity investor Axcel and the two leading Danish pension funds PFA and PKA in connection with the acquisition of the majority of shares in Danish Ship Finance, Denmark's only specialized ship finance institute, from the four present large A-shareholders, Danske Bank, Nordea, AP Moeller-Maersk and the central bank of Denmark. The other A-shareholders received a matching offer.
The purchase price for all A-shares amounted to DKK 4.25 billion (EUR 570 million).
