Nordic Choice/Strawberry Fields, both groups owned by Petter Anker Stordalen, signed an agreement with Copenhagen Airport regarding a strategic hotel partnership in the airport.
The purpose of the strategic partnership was to provide a significant upgrade of the hotel capacity in Copenhagen Airport and provide the airport with new conference facilities.
The partnership further included the construction of a large new airport hotel, Comfort Copenhagen Airport Hotel, offering 500 rooms and a new conference centre covering 3,000 sq. m.
Bech-Bruun advised the Nordic Choice/Strawberry Fields groups in connection with the conclusion of the agreements, overall implying investments of DKK 800m.
