The firm advised Coca-Cola Co., in connection with the merger of Coca-Cola Enterprise, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and the German bottling business of Coca-Cola, which would become the world's largest independent bottler of Coke drinks by net revenue. Coca-Cola Co. was the sole owner of the German bottling business, Erfrischungsgetraenke AG. The combination would create a company, named Coca-Cola European Partners, spanning 13 countries with annual revenue of USD 12.6 million. CCEP will be incorporated in London and its shares will be traded on Euronext Amsterdam, the New York Stock Exchange and the Madrid Stock Exchange.
